When You Need Boat Storage
Some boaters keep a spot year-round because the side yard is the only alternative and the HOA has opinions about it. Others park between weekends so the trailer isn't blocking the driveway all week.
Winter storage is the big one. The boat comes out of the water in October and needs somewhere to sit until spring — off the lawn, off the street, and a short tow from the ramp when the season opens back up. It's also the right time to check Maryland DNR boat registration and winterization requirements before the boat sits for the season.
Our Boat Storage Process
Call and tell us the length of the boat on the trailer. We'll tell you straight whether we have a spot that fits before you hitch up and drive over.
Once the spot is confirmed you get a gate code, and we email a secure QuickBooks invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. Nothing is billed before your spot is confirmed. Terms are monthly — take five cold months or keep it all year. Anything requiring us on the lot with equipment happens Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday moves.
Boat Storage Cost in Cambridge
Boat parking is priced by the size of the space, billed monthly with no long contract. Most boats on trailers fit somewhere between a 10' x 20' spot at $70 a month and a 12' x 35' spot at $95 a month, depending on the length of the boat and trailer together.
